I had my eye on this polish for months!!! Every time I went to Target, I had to stop myself from picking it up. Luckily, my mom bought it for me for Christmas. Yay!! It is the perfect blue. It's a completely unique color. I don't know what it is, but this polish comes out a bit matte. A clear coat is a quick fix for that. This color even looks awesome with a coat of a clear mattifying polish. Definitely my new favorite.
